Qualifying on military pay
- Your LES (Leave and Earnings Statement) is accepted as proof of income.
- BAH counts toward your income, along with base pay.
- PCS orders are accepted in place of an employment letter.
- Spouse income counts too. Every adult who will live in the home applies.
If you get orders mid-lease
Our lease follows the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act. You can end your lease if you receive permanent change of station (PCS) orders, deployment orders for 90 days or more, or if you enter military service after signing.
- Give us written notice with a copy of your orders (or a letter from your commanding officer).
- The lease ends 30 days after your next rent due date.
- No early-termination fee or penalty, and your deposit is returned under the normal move-out rules.
