Pit Bull TerrierAmerican Pit BullAmerican Staffordshire TerrierStaffordshire Bull TerrierRottweilerDoberman PinscherGerman ShepherdChow ChowAkitaAlaskan MalamuteHuskyPresa CanarioCane CorsoAll mastiff typesWolf hybrids

We may decline any animal that shows aggressive behavior or poses a safety risk.

Other animals

Snakes, reptiles, spiders, ferrets, rabbits, birds, livestock and other exotic animals are not allowed. Fish tanks up to 20 gallons total are fine, with no pet fee or pet rent; your renters insurance must cover aquarium water damage.

Your responsibilities

  • You pay for any pet damage, including floors, doors, fencing and landscaping.
  • Pick up pet waste daily and keep the yard sanitary.
  • Keep pets leashed outside the home and don't leave them outside unattended for long periods.
  • You're responsible for noise complaints caused by your pet.

At move-out, homes with pets need professional carpet cleaning with flea treatment and a receipt.

Service and assistance animals

Service animals and emotional support animals are not pets. There is no pet fee or pet rent, and breed, size and weight rules don't apply. Requests are handled under the Fair Housing Act. For an emotional support animal, PetScreening verifies a current letter (dated within the last 12 months) from a licensed healthcare provider. You remain responsible for any damage the animal causes.

Your signed lease and pet addendum control if anything differs. Pet approval is part of your application and is confirmed in writing before move-in.
